Job Role:
Associate / Sr. Associate – Customer Support (International Voice Process)

Location:
Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities:

Provide customer support via international voice and non-voice processes.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.

Ensure adherence to process requirements and maintain service quality.

Work in rotational night shifts and manage international customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Education: HSC / Graduate (Freshers and Experienced both can apply).

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Candidates residing within 25 km of Airoli preferred.

Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives + Benefits
